It has come to the notice of the company that certain false videos with fake information are being circulated on social media including YouTube, etc., Investors are hereby advised to cross-check any information with the updates disseminated to the Bombay Stock Exchange by the company from time to time before taking any decision. It is hereby clarified that the company its promoters, directors and officers are in no way connected with the same and deplore such false videos. The company has initiated criminal action by filing FIR with the Telangana Police in this matter. This is for the information of the investors who may kindly note.
