About
the Company
The Company is engaged in the
business of production and distribution of cinematography films, ad-films,
television films, video films, cartoon films, 3-D films, animation films and to
provide all kinds of services related to production of animation films and all
other movies, picture films, toys and to acquire, sell any right in relation
thereto and carry on the advertising business inall its branches. The Company
also carries on the business of syndication, publication, merchandising,
printing and distribution of multimedia, 3-D characters, paintings, cartoons,
caricatures, comics, stickers, greeting cards and such other special or general
purpose publishing or printing activities.
Currently the Company in successfully distributing its content on You
Tube, Facebook, and Share chat etc. through its wholly owned subsidiary M/s. Vega Music Pvt
Ltd., partnership to distribute through Amazon Prime
Videos is in progress. Company currently has more than a crore of subscribers
on You Tube operates under brand name of TVNXT and Vega Music. Company owns
digital and other rights for over 4,000 feature films in seven Indian languages
as mentioned below. Some of which are all time block buster’s.

Board of Directors and Key
managerial Personnel
The Board of the Directors of the Company
comprises of the following persons:
1. Dr.
RamabhotlaSrinivasaSudhish: Dr.
Ramabhotla Srinivasa Sudhish who is a serial entrepreneur holds the position of
the Chairman cum Managing Director of the Company. He holds multiple
qualifications i.e. he is a Chartered Accountant, Graduate in Law, Hon.
Doctorate conferred by Burkes University, United Kingdom and also an Alumni of
Harvard Business School, Boston, USA.
Dr.
Ramabhotla Srinivasa Sudhish has
received a number of awards by various organizations in recognition of his
contributions and accomplishments in various fields such as
UdhyogaPrathibhaRatan Award by All Indian Business Development Association, Gem
of India Award by All India Achievers Association, RashtriyaRatan Award &
Indira Gandhi Sadbhavana Award by Global Economic Council,
SamaikyaBharataGouravSatkar by Delhi Telugu AcademyAward for contribution to
Indian Animation Industry from M/s. Toon Boom Technologies (Canada) and was also
a Jury member of International Emmy Awards Committee, 2006.
Dr.
Ramabhotla Srinivasa Sudhish has
been featured and covered by various leading Channels, News Papers and
Magazines (Domestic & International) on a number of occasions both at
corporate and personal level. He has been featured on cover page of “India
Today” magazine as one of the prime movers of new technology Industry in Andhra
Pradesh, by “Times of India” as one of the top 20 visionaries of Andhra
Pradesh.
2. Mr.
Srinivasa Murthy Banda: Mr. Srinivasa
Murthy Banda, an Alumni of Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta is a
technocrat who has over eighteen Years of progressive experience in Pharma and
IT industry. He has been appointed as an Independent Director in the Company.
3. Mrs.
Krishnapriya Vincent: Mrs.
Krishnapriya Vincent possesses very special skills in connection with
animations and visual effects. She has been associated in the making of many
animation films, TV Commercials and movies in Hindi, Telugu and Kannada. Mrs.
Vincent holds a diploma in 2D and 3D Graphics & Animation, PG Diploma in Advanced
Programming and also a Diploma in Journalism. She serves on the Board of the
Company as an Independent Woman Director.
4. Mr.
Siram R L V N Kishore is an
experienced professional with skills in varied fields and subjects.

Key
events, Milestone and Achievements since incorporation:
i)
The
Company has paid dividend to its members for FY 2015-16 & 2016-17.
ii)
A
Bollywood movie produced by the Company was released in the year 2007.
iii)
The
Company has acquired the entire business of Millitoons Animations Private
Limited. This was the first animation Company in India and was subsidiary of
Millimages, a French major.
iv)
The
Company has acquired IPR’s in animation and internet rights for about 4,000
films in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Odia, Bengali and Malayalam.
v)
The
Company acquired M/s.Vega Music Pvt Ltd with over 3,000 audio files and is
currently its wholly owned subsidiary.
vi)
The
Company has purchased 3 acres of prime land in 2005 in IT SEZ, Vizag and
construction of about 50,000 sqft. is on completion stage for setting of a production
center. The said land has been
valued at Rs. 117.61 Cr (Rs. 1176.12 Million).
vii) The
Company has huge tangible and intangible assets which are valued at about Rs.
800 Crore.

The Company runs channels on online
platforms under the brand name of “TVNXT”
and has channels named TVNXT Kidz, TVNXT Telugu, TVNXT Kannada, Tamil Movies ,
TVNXT Devotional, TVNXT Malayalam, TVNXT Hindi, TVNXT Music, TVNXT Comedy,
TVNXT Hotshot, Vega Music, TVNXT News, TVNXT Bengali, TVNXT Bhojpuri, Non Stop
