Q.2: What are the courses offered?

Q.3: What is ADAFT?
Ans: ADAFT is a uniquely designed animation film making program for today’s professionals, which has the elite combination of TRADITIONAL and DIGITAL animation methodologies. You will learn both the streams from foundations to the advanced levels, from script to screen.

Q.4: How long it will take?
Ans: ADAFT program will take 18 months of full time study. For the time line of other short term programs please refer to the specific course you are applying.
Q.5: What is the minimum required eligibility to join CINEMA?
Ans: If you have passed 10+2 or above 17 years, you are eligible for the programme. A natural creative bend and communication abilities will be a plus point. Though not compulsory, a flair for drawing makes you perfect.
Q.6: When will the next batch begin?
Ans: The admission is now open for all the courses. If you are applying for the diploma program (ADAFT), contact our admission cell for entrance & admission formalities.
Q.7: How do I enroll for the course?
Ans: You will have to submit the duly filled applications on or before the submission date. Our admission cell will contact you for notification of your entrance exam. (You may as well take the exam at home. See the downloadable entrance exam format). Upon evaluation by the selection committee, you will be informed about the status of your admission.
Q.8: Is drawing ability a must for animation course?
Ans: Yes..!! Let’s face it. First and foremost, animation is an art form. Then comes the technology. It is a VISUAL medium through which YOU tell stories, to ENTERTAIN people. Your imagination will remain as imagination until you VISUALLY show it to people. We call it GRAPHICAL REPRESENTATION. Learning the tools alone will not make you a professional who could make use of the skill learned. You also need to learn the ART of it. In CINEMA you will first become a creative individual, then a professional.
Q.9: I am not having any formal education in art..Am I eligible to join the course?
Ans:OOf course, YES. If you have the will to learn, we have a way to make you just that. If you are an aspiring individual who wants to make it in animation, CINEMA is just for you. Our uniquely designed ART FOUNDATION COURSE will mould you in to an artist, guaranteed (as our faculty says “whether you like it or not..!!”).
